Cool PCI Express frequency tuning from 100MHz up to 180MHz at 1MHz increment

Has anyone messed with this before? If so what has been a good setting for it? Thanks for any info. Hoping this gives my 470 a little boost.

^This.

I don't know why such adjustments are even included in the BIOS. The absolute maximum you'd even maybe consider setting it at is 110 MHz. Any boost it provides is so insignificant as to not be worth the potential damage it will do to your motherboard and expensive video card.

Corrupt your OS most likely before burning up your card. Download riva tuner or another tool to overclock your card if you want free performance.

GTX480 PCI-Express Scaling

The performance difference between PCI-Express V2.0 16x and 8x is 2%.

It does not even show up until you set another bios setting to manual.
