360 has about 4 or 5 different optical drives, and some are worse then others. its like a lottery, never know which one you get.

Now WHY didnt they fixed it? I mean its obvious that thanks to gravity and physics and gyro in overall... fast spinning disc want to stay at its level. So moving console make it loose that level and force to change it.

They just should remove every sharp edges from inside of dvd drive or replace those "sharp elements" with something soft and slick. Still, moving the console wouldnt be supported but at least the chance of scratching disc to dead would be less possible
