I can't think of anything from them I would want on Steam, sadly.
I expect CnC4 to be 33 or 50% off at some point, probably the weekend. I don't even know if it is worth that though, honestly, and I would want the boxed version anyway.

Crysis on Steam no longer contains x64 .exes. So there is no way to run 64 bit version from Steam version. Also activation limits.. I hit mine and I'm not able to play anymore
![]() Buyer beware with this one on Steam. Go buy retail. |

Are you serious? How many times can you install it? I was under the impression that with STEAM it doesn't matter how many times you install it, it will work. Must have been mistaken. Too bad because I just purchased the Crysis package from them. I do own the boxed version also. Bummer.

I'm hoping to get all C&C series on Steam if they put it up. But yeah, most EA games I have except Dragon Age Origins which is other game I'd like to get.

I own both retail and it's kind of funny cause Warhead is installed, but the 32 bit isn't activated anymore (lost one to a windows error when I was still running Vista64) but I just tried running the 64bit warhead exe and it works fine with an invalid activation lol. I was thinking about picking it up on steam just so installs would be easier, but I think I'll just skip it and reinstall Crysis and get a no cd crack.

I bought retail Crysis Maximum Edition and it has EA's 5 activation limits. I forgot to uninstall/deactivate once when I reinstalled my machine and then I lost another activation slot for each when my degraded array died. Prior and overlapping problems with Mass Effect (1) has left me with only 2 activation slots there. :I

They should give you more with an email indefinitely as long as you can prove ownership with a key or whatever. Not sure why people act like you can run out of activations.

I wouldn't take Crysis if they were giving it away for free. What an unoptimized POS that is...
I'm sorry, I know a lot of people here love it and all, but no thanks. That being said I feel like they are shooting their load on the first day. What other games are they going to have sales on? ![]() |
