Amazon says it won't be available until Dec. 31st. Why are they launching it after Christmas? Way to **** over your own sales. I'll still get it lol.

I doubt it will launch after Christmas. Even Sony must realize that if they don't release it before Christmas they will lose many sales and those sales probably won't be buying them again till GT5 gets a price cut.

I think they delayed it on purpose to make sure the game calls and uses v2.50 or higher firmware features to foil the pirates.

What ticks me off more is Amazon canceling my release day shipping. I had it preordered with $0.99 release day shipping it's not like I care if the game got delayed, I still want it release day whenever it comes in, f**kin morons. When the date comes back up I wonder if they'll give me my release day shipping again for $0.99, but I am thinking they won't .

That's just a placeholder date since the only official word so far is "before the end of the year".

I'm expecting some time between Nov 22nd to Dec 8th.

Oh yeah, the new fantasy stages SSR7 and Cape Ring look amazingly head explodingly awesome

This game is a no buy now. Just a FYI of the news I just learned...

Quote:
There was still hope that they might sport a interior ****pit camera view. Sadly, the answer is no, as we had previously reported. Kotaku thought there would be. Many E3 attendees thought there would be. A random Australian games blog even reported they were told by Sony that there would be (the comment was likely pulled from the GTPlanet forums.)

So Sony Computer Entertainment America has made an update to the official Gran Turismo website to put all this speculation to rest. The relevant comment reads as follows:

“Standard cars(~80%) do not support vehicle interior camera views.”
No changing rims either on 800 cars.

What's it say under the game title?
