COREi7 980X with 3-WAY GTX480 SLI AT END

OK guys i have now 3 ZOTA GTX480 3-SLI 3 monsters and i was order to buy my new CPU COREi7 980X mean COREi MONSTER and new case COOLERMASTER HAF X 942 and new CPU FAN it is COOLERMASTER V8 it WILL arrive to me about 10 DAYS but some thing im hesitant to upgrade my ram OR NOT it is 6GB 3*2 1333 im thinking about 12GB 6*2 1333 A-DATA what you saying about this?
AND IM hesitant ABOUT my motherboard it is GIGABYTE GA-X58-UD4P did this mob needing to change to GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD7 OR no needing to change tthis mob it is too enough.
dont saying take the EVGA or .......mobs the gigabyte is the only choice in my country so keeping my mob X58-UD4P or changing to X58A-UD7 and why?

keep in ur mind work SLI 3-WAY in 16x/8X/8X did they and deferance if it work in 16X/16X/16X dont tell me it is speedy than in scientifically i wanna the real deferance. ana another some thing my motherboard have 12 phase power and i was see another this two boards mean gigabyte GA-X58A-UD9 and gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 have 24 phase power did they any deferance between this two mean 12 phase powe vs 24 phase power and did they increase some thing in performance?

ok its hard to understand you lol. but anyways. you went all out on cpu and videocards. but with cheap ram lol. you need some ddr3 2000 6gigs or 12.

No sh!t this is some nice gear. The mobos are just refreshes mostly, nothing monumental in the design or features.
