GoGamer has the game for $30 HERE.

Any more opinions on the game? Particularly curious about how good a port it is.

It is impossible to change default key bindings. The game does show you what key does what, but it isnt possible to change the bindings

the configuration file(s) seem to be encrypted. There is no way to try and change fsp cap or key bindings.

As i am left handed and use the numeric keypad instead of WASD or arrow keys, the only option for me is try and use a game pad.

Edit: I suck at using a controller.

Does anyone know the tweak to get rid of the 30 fps cap?

I would love to do that, but i am a south paw. I have trained myself to use the numeric keypad for control, arrow keys for extra functionality. I can't use WASD, without getting a substantial headache. As it is impossible to redefine keyboard i am forced to use a joypad.

Since it supports controller (no on-screen buttons of course, that's just sloppiness), does it support rumble?

I've ordered 2 copies to be delivered tomorrow morning from Amazon. But I'm now really worried as I've read that multiplayer and co-op modes select the people you play with randomly and theres no way to join a game with friends!

Well that's a plus at least. Hope someone can hack out that 30fps cap, but usually when a PC port has that it means the game breaks without it.

Game is quite well done. Just a little half way through the Autobot campaign. Sure, it's the same scenery mostly but it's still quite fun.

I don't mind the 30 fps cap. Full detail at 1680x1050 runs pretty much 30 fps all the time. Doesn't feel laggy or low framerate to me. It's the annoying framerate dips in games that piss me off. They are not present here so great!

You can tell the developers enjoyed making this. Of course I still have to complete the Autobot campaign and then begin the Decepticon one to really get the idea of the game. You can start as Decepticon first if you want to, maybe even mix up the two sides. Never tried. EDIT: tried mixing up the campaigns and you can. Back and forth if you want.

If you like 3rd person shooters and especially if you like Transformers then you should try this game. It's not like the previous iterations. They suck. This one is good.

I am a south paw too. How the heck are you using right handed mice in your left hand? I trained myself to use wsad with the left hand and the mouse with the right like a right hander. Came to the conclusion that left handers weren't going to get peripherals for a long time.

Anyhow, here is the pc ign review of the game, they gave it a 9.0/10.
