Even limiting myself to digital-only games there is a lot to buy... crazy.

Is the Witcher still worth giving it a chance? Never played it and I'm generally fond of RPG games.

It functions fine in the US, I hear in other countries it can be a pain. If you have 24/7 internet I wouldn't worry too much about it... if they never patch it out you can just crack the damn thing, should Ubi every go out of business.

If you start caring about boxes you will be free of Steam's unholy grip.

Ya'll are hilarious.

A lot of good deals- I'm tempted, got 5 items in my cart already.

However I'm gonna' hold off cause I really want my credit card paid off (it's the only debt I have, once it's paid off I'm 100% debt free )and then to purchase some new hardware for my rig. There will be other sales.

That's why I'm pissed off. I just paid off all 3 of my cards, most likely I will just do a debit purchase so it comes out of my bank. Want my CC clear for my move in 2 weeks (woot!)

Well, I'd do a debit purchase as currently my CC is maxed. So every penny I'm earning that isn't already devoted to living expenses (rent, gas, food, etc) is going towards paying off my CC. Paying with debit just means less money available to put towards eliminating my CC debt- don't want that.

There will be other sales... and by then prices on certain games will probably be even lower.
