Default about win 7 sp1 public beta

I don't know about telling ms that I am it developer. Although I would like to give the "public" beta a test spin. Maybe one of you it developers on nvnews and post the file on megaupload or something like that. Here is the technet link for downloading the sp1. It's also for window server 2008.

if you choose either being it manager or worker when it asks your occupation during registration, you need a msn live login and then it only needs your email address and name basically after that. so, go get the beta if you want it.

Are there any major updates in SP1, or is it pretty much just a compilation of the previous updates until now?

MS has said Win 7 SP1 will essentially be a rollup of all previous updates. So I don't see any reason to use this or any future beta releases.

it basically includes all this http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=143978 and couple more.

note: almost all those hotfixes are not on windows updates
