Default NVS 420 displays on 1 of 3 monitors only

I can only get 1 monitor running of 3.
They're all SyncMaster 204B and I use customEDID to get it to full resolution.

nvidia-settings shows two monitors but I only see one.

I would like to get 3 then 4 monitors working using Xinerama.
I've only had this a week but have spent way too much time on it.

Attached is bug report log after running with added verbosity.

Thanks

I know it's confusing, but the ConnectedMonitor and CustomEDID options apply to GPUs, not X screens, but xorg.conf has no syntax for specifying GPU options. Your best bet is to specify the same settings on both screens on a single GPU. E.g., for screen2 and screen3 (which share the GPU "PCI:4:0:0"), set it like this:
Code:
  Option "CustomEDID" "DFP-1:/root/SyncMasterEDID2.bin; DFP-2:/root/SyncMasterEDID3.bin"
You shouldn't need ConnectedMonitor, so try deleting it first, but if that doesn't work then use this:
Code:
  Option "ConnectedMonitor" "DFP-1, DFP-2"
