Oh.

Heck.

Yes.

I hate 07 with a passion and just upgraded everything to 2010 - except my company supplied laptop. I still have to face 07 on that.

What makes '10 so much better than '07. I agree '10 is better, but '07 is still good.

I didn't mind the general layout of 07 so much, but I have plenty of hangs (in outlook) and the occasional crash using it - and, in my experience anyway, it just didn't seem to play very nicely with exchange, but the hangs are the worst, although part of that may have something to do with how the group policies are set up, not sure.

2010 is very quick for me and doesn't seem quite as intuitive, but it's pretty customizable, from what I've had a chance to play with so far. I think once I'm fully used to it I'll have a bad time with anything else.

plus the ribbon i like the ribbon interface more. 2010 they finally got all applications on the same page with same interface.

2010 sometimes has slight issues with windows mobile sync, 64bit office will not work at all with sync. something that MS will probably never fix since windows phone 7 supposelly will use new system that won't be compatible with older windows mobile OSes.

That is why I won't buy Windows Phone 7, and instead update to Android soon, either buying a new phone or Installing Android on my Windows Mobile phone.

I just got the standard edition 32bit, only because of posts here and there complaining about some certain issues with 64bit. So far so good, but I haven't really had a chance to dig in deep yet.

And yes, i do like the ribbon...
