Default Crackdown 2

It's been out about a week now. Anyone here got this one? I ordered mine and it's on it's way. I loved the first, epic co-op. Although I'm worried about it being more like Prototype this time round with the infected. I want to be a Super cop and bust gangs!

From what I read it is more Crackdown, and I hated Crackdown, so...

Then why post?

Thanks anyway I guess.

From what people have told me the Gametrailers review is spot on. More of the same, not much story, lots of collecting orbs, but the hours just slip by as you play. Guess you could say it's a casual serious game? ::

Yea I really loved Crackdown and am surprised we haven't seen anyone here talking about it.

Let me know how it is crainger. I am definitely interested in Crackdown 2.

I am interested. But my 360 will take a crap on me if I buy a game for it, so I mostly just stay away from it.

I thought forums existed to share opinions on.

My mistake I guess.

Correct Hunt.

I'm loving it so far. Whilst the story is light, it fits pretty well. 360 hasn't taken a crap on me yet. Orb ping is a god send, still I'm finding them pretty easily on sound alone.

I have come to the conclusion. While Crackdown 2 is as addictive and fun as the first. The first is the better game. For one, you are busting gangs, not playing prototype. Secondly, the Agency cars level up with you, not just unlocking.

IMHO this should not have been a full priced game. I might be looking on this one favourably because I did get my copy 50% off, while other may see this as just more of the same. Probably only for real fans of the first game.

I really miss the transforming cars ::

Well when you finish it, let me know. I may buy it off of you (if it isn't region locked).

Yeah, I was afraid the new enemies might make it feel very different. I didn't know cars didn't upgrade... that is freaking gay. I am tired of sequels taking features away.

Apparently they threw the entire game together in 8 months. Not sure what they were doing between 2 and 1...

ViN I have Asia NTSC version. Pretty sure it's region free according to play-asia website. It has strong co-op though, so I might hang on to it for that.
