Default 8800GT SLI to one 460 GTX 1 GB

So just purchased the 460 GTX 1 GB and will be moving from 2 8800GT's running in SLI. Is there a review out their that would show the performance increase I would get? I know I've got to take my CPU into consideration.

I can't remember much about the nvidia intel chipsets. But if you can, I would consider a quad cpu like a q9650 to put in there or go on a overclocking spree on your current one. Your cpu may become a bottleneck for the gpu.
