I agree, but I must say however that if DoW II had multiple cinematics/CGIs to tell the story the way it's being told in SCII then it would have been a whole different story, especially for Chaos Rising (and CR was quite better than vanilla DoW II's campaign). In terms of wow and bang, I must say that SCII's single-player is the best RTS single-player campaign I've played since the original Command & Conquer, I especially like the inspiration they've taken from Mass Effect, it's not a direct "copy" of it, just inspired by it, and it's well implemented to help make the story and characters more compelling and closer to the player.

It's not going to be $60 for each expansion. It'll be priced as an expansion so probably $30. And it's not too short if you play it on a good difficulty. It usually takes me 45 - 60 min to complete each mission on hard

One thing to note is that the game seems to have a lot of the classic sc1 units already done by blizz in the game. Blizz has already said that if people want to recreate SC1 in SC2 as a mod, they are free to do it. I am sure will see a proper mod to SC2 for those who want to enjoy the SC1 story and maybe the multiplayer...

The editor is pretty amazing and people can recreate a lot of old classic games.

Also i dunno why but i think in Single Player they use a ton of effects because my FPS in ultra in SP is about 40-30~, in Multiplayer i am close to 125...i think 125 might be the cap? Not sure....

I would say its more of a Wingcommanderish~, but feels more like ME ><...i guess it must be cause everyone tends to use the word "Commander" and has the upgrades and stuff..

Great game tho, usually RTS games tend to have a pretty weak story, but the presentation is top class.

I really cant wait to see D3!.

and for gods sake..i hope they dont lock AU/NZ to SEA right away in D3.....
