Default Nvidia quadro nvs 5100 m driver

Hello, I successfully installed opensuse 11.3 on my machine (which is a hp elitebook 8540p). However, when I try to run an opengl-based application, the following error shows up : nv50_screen_get_param:149 - Unknown PIPE_CAP 29

I read on a forum over the internet that this is due to my driver. You might if such driver even exists ? Cause on the nvidia website I downloaded a driver which seems not to support my GPU. ( i have an Nvidia quadro nvs 5100 m)

Thank you,

Please see the forum sticky posts about how to report a problem, specifically the section on how to generate an nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file. Also, please make sure that the "nouveau" driver is not loaded, as it can interfere with proper operation of your graphics card. Please see the OpenSUSE documentation on how to do that.
