Default EQ2 going Free to Play

Just thought i'd mention that if you haven't tried the greatest MMO ever made, it will be free to play in about 20 days.

http://launch.soe.com/eq2x/

At the moment it's still in beta, so only paying members can log into test, but in 20 days you will able to play for free

Can't beat free imo

The Free version wont be the same as the Pay version though. I do like their model better then what other games have done. Keeping them separate so that paying customers don't have to feel like someone else has the upper hand because they spend more money.

magus, I didn't think you would link to the actual game..I was trying to get more information from your link and the only thing on the screen was a button that wants me to install crap. ^^

I found out more information from another look... I'm sure I'll try it out when it becomes open to the public as im an old itme eq player, but I seriously doubt I'll pay for much. I also dont like how its only allowing you to make 8 of the 24 classes in the game. That isn't exactly what I call FREEdom.
