Default rootless xorg in nvidia and frame buffer support in nvidia kernel driver

I believe Ubuntu is going to add a rootless Xorg in either ubuntu 10.10 or 11.04. Are there any plan to add frame buffer support in the nvidia kernel driver or add rootless support in the nvidia xorg driver?

When you say "rootless", do you mean X running as a non-root user? If so, then the driver already supports that and has for years.

We have no plans at this time to add framebuffer console support to the driver. We recommend that you use Xorg if you want to use graphics.
