Back in the day a console would have not been able to produce such a fine game as BF2....the fact that they are making BF3 multiplatform already suggests to me that BF3 will just not be in the same calibur as BF2.

Bad company should have stayed on console, whilst the true BF series should have been exclusive to PC...but its not about what us gamers want..its about how much money the developer/producer can make.

Sad but true...

About this Remedy thing, they ditched Alanwake for PC and made it console exclusive. Then they sold thir Max payne license to Rockstar and now that frenchise is ruined due to a crappy Max payne 3 game not anything like the older ones. I hate Remedy for these 2 things...

repi Frostbite 2 is primarily developed for DX11. XP & DX9 is _not_ supported, 64-bit OS is recommended. Lots of time to upgrade if you havent!

I don't see why everyone is judging their purchase decisions off of the gameplay of a BETA!!

as much of a boner as I have to play BF3 I'm not buying MoH. That game is trash, and I'll take my chances in getting a key.

I'll be the guy flying in the little bird eating your lunch.

They do use their new DX11 engine this time (frostbite 2) and what we know it is serious update from the previous used in BC2.
What we know is that they most likely have gone for tiled deferred rendering and do use some sweet new tech otherwise as well. (OIT?, proper shadows?, GI?)
