Looks like he went and put something together in the sandbox perhaps. Or could it be MP? I have never played MP on Crysis.

Besides, it's in DX9 mode, not even DX10, and he has tweaked some settings, which you can also do. He's only running that on a 9800GT.

Its the photo real mod.There are 4/5 different versions last time I checked.
