Default Call of Duty Black Ops - Gameplay / Create Class

If Treyarch really did a good job with the PC Version i might grab it.

Dedicated Servers
Mods
Console - To fix FoV

Anything is better than playing MW2 with 200-300 ping...and its not even numbers..just a bunch of numbers....

Wager Mode looks like fun

Wage match looks like a lot of fun...should be since most if not all those ideas are mods in HL/MW1 on the PC.

more info:

Confirmed via twitter.

First off dedis will be rented from GameServers only!

Will also use VAC, which most likely means the game will once again be tied to your account. PC is a steam exclusive as well.

Yeah, when they said Gun Mode I was like, "They didn't..." But they totally did.

Great. Now we will see as many hackers in this game as there are in MW2.

VAC is such a piece of ****. They might as well not use any anti-cheat software...

Unlike MW2 the game will be similar to CS Server Browser/Dedicated Servers.

So Admins will have control, and active communities tend to have active mods playing/banning hackers/cheaters/etc.

Compare that to MW2......which is like never lol

IMO Black ops is what MW2 should have been on the PC...

VAC as a standalone A/C is far better than PB so i am glad they have taken that route and the create a clan emblem and applying it to your weapon sounds awesome too.

It won't be as bad if there are dedicated servers with admins that can actually kick people. That is the main reason MW2 is so terrible with hackers... NO way to kick anybody ever.

That's a fair argument, but I don't always see admins on server.

looks pretty fun with wager modes and such. I'd love to play it, the only thing is I know when I jump in my first game it will already feel stale to me as MW2 did. Its about time they move to a new engine but I guess we'll have to wait for the next gen of consoles.
