It's hard - no beating around that. Also, keep in mind with the business license, resellers license you then start paying business tax, etc. Those are quarterly, not annually.

Bear and nekro are right, where I worked we didn't sell many system being more into the service side, but we just bound and resold an OEM version with the system, put the sticker on the case, you must put the sticker on the case.

I guess that is what I'll do initially. If the business is profitable enough then I'll make it more "official".

I was just hoping that since I have so many copies of windows and office that'd I'd be able to put them to good use. Guess not.
