Default Extra compat32 cuda symlinks

Hi!

In .manifest there are still the two lines:
libnvidia-compiler.so.1 0000 CUDA_SYMLINK COMPAT32 / libnvidia-compiler.so.260.19.04
libnvidia-compiler.so 0000 CUDA_SYMLINK COMPAT32 / libnvidia-compiler.so.1

The NATIVE counterparts were removed as unnecessary some time ago, I guess those should be removed as well?

I've filed a bug and we'll look into this. Thanks.
