I think he means you said monsters/sci-fi don't interest you but this new setting does.

It should have the same amount of sci-fi influences as the first two, just, slightly different sci-fi.

I personally like sci-fi set in the past, especially in some sort of artistically rich period such as this and the art deco theme the first went with. This approach delivers a much better atmosphere than the generic future sci-fi we've had in hordes.

I don't know...I get what Bearclaw is saying. But when I think Sci-fi, I think Alien vs. Predator.

Andrew Ryan should be a boy in this game.

The trees, grass and character models look kinda ugh

Everything looks kinda ugh, but then it's covered with bloom so you can't actually see anything. I don't mind it though, it does seem to have a unique atmosphere. So far it just looks eerie because of the setting. It's definitely not a spooky setting like the first though, I'm hoping some indoor areas will create the same sort of effect the first had.

I don't mind a colorful game as I have had my fill of games that use a brown/gray color scheme. The whole steampunk vibe to Bioshock Infinite is really appealing to me.

Looks cool.

I liked the underwater setting in the first game. It made me feel so isolated from everything else. All you had was the cold, watery, and broken environment and the crazy people that lived there. Gloom and desperation and all that... I didn't get quite the same feeling from the second, dunno why.
