Desert Combat was where it all started imo, the modern imaging of BF1942.

Some of Trauma even went on to work with DICE.

yup DC was the epitome of battlefield. The team that made it went on to help a little bit on BF2, and then made the infamous Frontlines: Fuel of War under the name Kaos Studios, and is currently working on the upcoming Homefront game.
