New Dashboard for x360. adds Kinect etc - Page 3

Downloaded it Monday night. Love it.
Netflix is wonderful now with the new interface and even search!

I always thought it was pretty stupid to have to go get on the computer, find a movie to add to the queue then get back on the xbox, refresh the queue then find the movie in the queue just to watch it. Thank God that is over now.
Zune is much improved now too.
The only con is the rather bland XBOX screens but then again it seems faster so that's better.

Awesome. I haven't checked out Netflix yet. It's great they added Search.

I wonder how long until they remove the XBL Gold requirement to use Netflix. On PS3 it's free to use as a streaming device now and it doesn't require a disc.

Has anyone ever used the party feature to watch a movie? If using it with netflix does everyone in the party need to be subscribed to Netflix? What about a movie rented from Zune? Does everyone need to rent the same movie or can 1 person rent it then have others join a party and watch it with them?

1 more question, does anyone know when the 5.1 sound from Netflix will start?

I'm curious how the improved voice quality is, it was one of the things I didn't test during the beta.

After having Kinect for a couple of weeks now, it feels like a much richer experience than the PS3 move and the wii. Dance Central is our alltime favorite party game and everyone in our house takes part.

I didn't get stuttering before, although I have noticed that the sound is somewhat clearer than before.
