Pretty sure Activision is writing this one off and sending it out to die because Wolfenstein was such a complete flop.
Which sucks, because I love Raven games.

I forsee a brown/grey looking game with superlow res textures since development most certainly were made on the 360 and then ported mostly unchanged to PC,with textures popping in late etc.I'm no fan of the UE3 engine, not many (if any) have done great things with it.I hope this will be an exception but seeing as this haven't gotten much press i highly doubt it. Lee63 said when he sold one of his 480's that with todays games/unoptimized console ports there's little need for 480 sli.For me personally i'm passing this gen alltogether,my 285 is perfectly fine for my 22 inch screen.I have some hopes for this game but it bothers me that it's sorta slipping in under the radar,i think NarcissistZero is correct sadly, looks like this is going straight to DVD ![]() Pc screenshots: http://www.gamershell.com/screenpop.php?id=421200 http://www.gamershell.com/pc/singula...html?id=421194

I think this game will either be just good, or horrible.

Raven does extremely polished shooters, rather than innovating. This works out great for me because the more old-school the shooter is the better, in my opinion. Singularity actually looks to innovate, so I am enthused about it.

I don't give a rats butt if Singularity looks like the latest and greatest game ever seen by human eyes.....There's been plenty of pretty that play like poop.
I'm an old gamer, personally I am looking forward to good SP FPS which has been seriously lacking lately. The game does not have to be "different" or invent some new tech, all I want it is lots of good atmosphere, a decent story, tough AI and good weapons. I have high hopes on Raven and Singularity.

Shooting parts in Wolfenstein were not as bad, but as a total package the game was bad. It seemed unfinshed, the weak city/RPG elements just hurt the experience. There was nothing old-school about it.
