@AaronP - please update Nvidia userspace tools sources to current driver release

Hello @AaronP,

please update Nvidia driver userspace tools sources to current driver release (260.19.06). The tools updates stopped at 256.53. I would like to add new Nvidia beta package but I cant because tools sources for this driver are not present yet. I talk about these sources:

Thank you @AaronP for updating cgit.
Now after collecting the last missing parts for Nvidia driver I can start packaging it to NVIDIA-beta.
