Default nvidia-settings & color space conversion

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is possible...

I see that I can use nvidia-settings with --load-config-only to toggle the value of GvoOverrideHwCsc (to toggle "Override default Color Space Conversion" on the Graphics to Video Out). In the nvidia-settings gui, toggling that value enables a gui for entering a color space conversion matrix. So, I was wondering if there's anyway to specify the color space conversion matrix via the config file (or some other cli mechanism) when toggling it on and off.
