Playing this game for a few hours makes me realize how much I prefer the style of BC2 compared to this. To me, this feels way too much like COD. I echo some sentiments of previous posters regarding recoil, campers, MOAR HDR, etc. So far, I am disappointed.

Installing SP now... wasn't a huge fan of the MP Beta, but I will try it again.

SP looks dated. U3 engine needs to be killed off. In game AA blows, 62 in game FPS cap! Eff me, really?? A triple A title with FPS cap??? $60 for 62 FPS cap, clearly console gaming is killing the PC and holding it back. Controls just seem mushy, like a cheap fps shooter that most of us wouldnt even bother with. Oh God, it kinda reminds me of SOF Payback.

MP looks and runs fantastic.

Disappointed the SP seems so crappy. MP is where this game is at though.

A really good point was made on a MOH blog. We are playing as highly trained operatives. These people are trained in weapons and recoil wouldn't be such a huge factor. I feel the recoil is ample and probably accurate for someone that has shot these weapons as much as the people we are playing in the game. So while people will bitch the gun doesn't kick like an unbroken mule in the hands of the people we are playing in these games they wouldn't.

Anyone experiencing the crash to desktop bug when using DX11? Seems to be a fair amount of people out there with the issue, me being one of them. Others have suggested switching to DX9 mode to resolve the issue.

Yeah, even if I set it to DX10 the multiplayer crashes to desktop. It won't work unless it's set to DX9. Sucks, but maybe they'll fix it.

Just finished the campaign, and I loved it. Who cares about how "pretty" it looks the experience is what matters, and I loved the experience of the campaign. Sure top notch graphics are nice, but I'd rather have a game that makes me want to play it without stopping than being wow'd by the graphics for 5 minutes, and moving on.

Anyway, singleplayer campaign was great for me. Now it's time to kill some people in multiplayer.

glad i didn't grab it, looks pretty bad from all reviews, even from consoles.

Can't wait for BlackOps, finally can let MW2 be uninstalled.

+1

MoH died with MoH:AA. I knew a reboot wasnt going to help matters with the franchise, reason is that the team that did mohaa are near enough the same team that went on to do CoD and CoD2 for Activision so who have EA got to make a decent FPS...Dice!, sorry to say but DICE aren't that good with the type of FPS that have made IW, Treyarch and Activision famous. Maybe now that EA have acquired Respawn studio's with jason west and vince zampella and a few more from IW, perhaps maybe we will see a decent FPS game come out of EA...eventually.

Up untill then the multiplayer expansion pack of BFBC2 named Medal of Honor can remain on the shelf for me. Dice..BFBC2 isnt that good, perhaps a pretty decent console game but in no way a true PC battlefield game...I eagerly await BF3 with fingers crossed that EA/DICE will actually pull there socks up and create a Battlefield game that is worthy enough to be on PC..and dont even think about building it on Frostbyte 1.5 engine...

In the meantime, Treyarchs 'CoD:BO' and Splash Damage's 'Brink' will keep me more than happy.
