OMG dude, that gets me wanting to get a setup going. The tri monitor is the only way to go. I know you are running SLI. 2 x 680 4GB cards good enough? You are a pretty good driver dude, I watched the whole video. The night racing was pretty awesome.
BTW good to see you Muppet. I miss the old days.

Depending on the resolution, you can maxed it out easily with those cards. Personally I run it without the highest shadow options to get a constant frame rate. Glad you liked the video ![]() Yes. No need to upgrade as I'm still very happy with them, especially for iRacing.

Benchmarks: GTX 680 4GB vs GTX 680 4GB SLI vs GTX TITAN
Last weekend I tried to see how well SLI scales in iRacing when using separate screen rendering in Surround. I always had a feeling that SLI scaling is not that good in iRacing but since I needed it for other games and SLI was otherwise non-problematic in iRacing, I kept using it. These days however, I pretty much stopped playing games and now have a dedicated system for iRacing, so I had to investigate this a bit further. After comparing the 680s and SLI scaling, I immediately noticed how much smoother the single card was, even though the frame rate was lower. Reminded me of my 580 GTX 3GB SLI vs 3-way SLI test in which the 2-way solution provided a much better gaming experience in most games even though the frame rate was lower. Because of this I had a feeling that the TITAN would provide a better experience in iRacing with about the same performance as the SLI configuration, so I ordered a single TITAN. And here are the benchmarks: Settings ![]() ![]() Numbers: ![]() Link to Benchmark Chart For the first time since the 7800 GTX days, I'm running a single GPU in my system and I couldn't be happier ![]() Performance of a single TITAN is at least on par with the 680 SLIs but without any of the typical Multi-GPU drawbacks! Keep in mind, this is at quite a high resolution and the TITAN is known to perform at its best when the settings go up. However, in general I'd say don't use SLI for iRacing and use a faster single GPU configuration instead. SLI might be a good upgrade-path, value configuration and/or over-the-top gaming setup for most games, but not for iRacing.
