Apparently you can give boone 1 bullet for whatever gun you hand him and he never runs out of ammo HAHAA

Looks like I may hand him the antimatter rifle and an incendiary round.

Also, a friend at work said you can use a stelthboy and if your sneak skill is high enough simply take everything off the counter at the silver rush without anyone seeing and no karma hit hahah!

I did that using a stealth boy and the reinforced Chinese stealth armor (it's a mod). I got away clean, but took a karma hit. Donating supplies to the Mormons (the Followers at the old fort) more than made up for the hit

So I'm guesing you'd rather spend your money on something like the latest Call of Duty game that lasts about 4 hours then? Just because it looks nice and flashy?

It's all about atmosphere and this game's got it (if I can just get the game to run smooth and not crash). You either like it or you don't.

Yeah, it can get tedious but the game keeps making me come back for more, find new places and secret stashes. It's also depressing due to it's setting of course but even I like the game.

IMO vegas has something that fallout 3 didn't have. It's hard to put my finger on.... besides being MUCH more stable and bug free.

The world isn't quite as big but it feels more legit. The interaction between the NPC's, the factions, etc really sell the atmosphere and most of the quests actually tie into the main story and theme of the game.

It's the first of these type games (morrowind, oblivion, FO3) that I truly feel that nearly all the quests were written to tie somehow into the essence of the story. Some have nothing to do with the main point at hand but whether through NPC dialog or computer terminal logs or journals found, there's always something in there that gives more insight into everything that either led up to the events of the story or give insight to something.

I guess the fact that the story really sucks you into the world is why I personally dig it so much. That and there's TONS of stuff tucked away in all sorts of little nooks and crannies in the world so you're rewarded for wandering off into nowhere.

Wow, that sure hasn't been my experience. For me, it's the other way around, Fallout 3 for the most part was problem free for me, Fallout New Vegas has been a game from hell for me so far (unstable and severe performance issues).

It should be an option when you tell them to part ways.
