Default Which Hard Drive as Primary

Video card upgrade postponed until next year now... Decided on MB/CPU/RAM first.

That being said.

I have 2 HD's that I will use in the system one 500gb 7200rmp and one 120gb 5200. Logic tellls me to use the 500 as the system drive. Logic tells me to use the 500gb.

What would you use?

Thanks,

K
