Default gt 430 for linux

When will linux drivers for gt 430 appear?
Are there any other driver that somewhat works today?

I am although interested in this topic. I couldn't find anything related to this matter on the Internet.
I am going to buy a GT-430 for my htpc which runs under Linux. It would be the first time I buy a GPU right after the release date, therefore I have no idea how much time it usually takes for nVidia to release linux drivers. Any thoughts on this?

Thank you

There appears to be support for gt 430 in 260.19.14:

Thank you jma and you are right, gt 430 is supported by the developer drivers for Linux. Version is 260.19.14 which will be the next certified release (but I don't know when).
I will receive hopefully really soon a gt-430 and leave a feedback here. I plan to test it out of the box with a fresh install of mythbuntu 10.10 and then try with adding the developer drivers.

So I got the card. First results are: video OK, audio NOK.
I used developer drivers 260.19.14 for the display.

Desktop:

Advanced effects OK.

Video:

I could use vdpau to playback hd videos (tried with 1080p mkv files), picture is great and smooth, advanced deinterlacing seems to work well.

Audio:

Device is not recognised by ALSA (it is not seen as 'HDA Nvidia' and doesn't appear in the list when typing command 'aplay -l'). Didn't find yet how to

This involves getting its ID explicitly listed in the alsa driver and recompiling.
