Default nvnet compiled in kernel support

We are trying to set up a diskless linux workstation.
The problem is that after loading the kernel we need to mount root partition via nfs. It is impossible becouse kernel lacks nvnet support. It can be only done insmoding the kernel module.
I can't insmode the module couse it stays at nfs partition that i can't mount beacouse i have no nvnet support. (Stupid eh?)

Is there any patch that i could apply so kernel can have nvnet support compiled in ?

Any other ideas ?

Our motherboards are epox 8rda+ (so there is _no_ 3com card on it - only nvnet)

P.S. Sorry for my english
