Asperger syndrome
An autism spectrum disorder that is characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests. It differs from other autism spectrum disorders by its relative preservation of linguistic and cognitive development. Although not required for diagnosis, physical clumsiness and atypical use of language are frequently reported.

He has an actual syndrome that makes you a socially awkward clumsy person who is bad at speaking in public.

There would be a very easy fix for this.
When player character is a woman all female characters wear clothes that make them look like sasquatch and all male characters wear tight leather thongs and garter belts.

LOL That would make them happy. I actually have 2 stories about this at work. Awhile back girls were all gawking out the window one day at some removalist guy with his shirt off yelling out and acting like drunk dogs in heat. Nothing said. If construction workers did that, they'd all be fired on the spot.

The second story, one of the guys on my Team has Asperger syndrome and he does at times get all flustered like red shirt guy, he also plays Wow. He's a good kid, solid worker. Must be crazy rich as he's paid well and lives with his parents still.
