Default gtx470 sli failure after shutdown.

Hello!
My main specs are: Win7, Crucial SSD, Rampage III Extreme, GTX 470 sli, 6gb G.Skill, all running off a Corsair 750w.
Now the problem I'm having is, I can get everything running perfectly, great performance etc. But after every shutdown I make, one of the 470's dont work, reboots dont effect the Sli though. My current quick fix is a driver reinstall. But that sucks... I have no idea why this would be happening.. Any ideas??

Thanks,
Aiden.

Thanks for your reply,
Either of the 2 cards working in either of the 2 slots I use while using a sli setup, works fine. Only when I try for a sli setup.. I'm going to do a format now, and see if its just some thing thats gone awry with windows.
Aiden.

It also wouldn't hurt to update the Bios.

Try a higher power PSU. 750w is really pushing it for a pair of 400-series GTX card.
