NZXT Phantom is a sexy case from about half the price.
Exaclty, see, this is the route to go, yeah some people are different and like those finnicky things, but if you want a gaming computer, performance is what you should care about. And performance per dollar can be had along with a great case/mobo for much less money then what Pete spent. And the performance of the mobo's are very close together anyhow, it's the O/C options that really make a mobo shine, well and stability. But that's what you have Newegg "comments" for, you find what people are saying about anything on the site, and you will know what is good or bad.

Well i had my reasons to go for that case I wanted the hot swap drive bay and i wanted the nice cable management system. Also now that i got it, i can see that the build quality is amazing.

The Asus motherboard - well i looks sexy Also the reviews of it is really really good. One, if not the best board for AMD overclocking out there.
Cooling, well the H70 is about 10% better then the H50 so i went for it. It's also a bit smaller when sitting on the CPU.
At stock it sunning my AMD X6 @ 30c.

For the video card i simply just went for a "cheap" OC nvidia card. I'm done with ATI/AMD on the video card side. I cant stand the drivers The cards is a placeholder for the soon to come epic nvidia card - i hope And yea i could have waited for the 5xx, but with hardware you can always wait for the stuff righ arround the corner - i wanted my new geek toys NOW

And ohhh yea, the CPU - It was damn cheap. I'm going to abuse it - and OC the hell out of it.

More pictures to come to day and some performance results.

That mobo is awesome. Looking at the prices of those and tbh, it's only slightly more than the cheaper average range of x58s.

Be suprised if you don't get 4Ghz on air with that thing.
