Default nvidia-settings: Memory Clock?

GPU-Z on Windows shows a real clock of 1050 MHz real clock x 4 QDR = 4200 MHz effective. However, nvidia-settings on Linux indicates a memory clock of 2100 MHz. Is nvidia-settings not capable of displaying the proper x 4 QDR?
