Im just curious as to what could be the most popular GTX of 2011 ...
Which GTX will you be getting and why? Think ill be getting the GTX 570. It should be a really nice upgrade from my trusty GTX 260 & Price vs performance wise is around my budget. Im really exited for the new releases.

I want to dump my 470's and get one 580. Less power and heat.

Depends on the last two cards NVIDIA put out... but probably a GTX 560 with 2GB from Palit or Gainward, whoever takes it out first, and at stock speeds. At 1366x768, I'll have plenty of horsepower to play with and those 2GB will help me tame GTA4 and make things easier for other games, not to say I'm quite an energy-saving person myself, so the less power consumption, the better.

Neither....
I'm saving this system for another year or so then i'm doing a full rebuild. I'm sick of perpetually upgrading and mixing and matching parts. I think my next big upgrade will seriously be a 30" display and I'll live with this 470 until I can do a full rebuild

Kinda sucks that the gtx 590 is aways off. I would like to know if nvidia has or is developing drivers for quad sli? Because I directly asked nvidia via support ticket about 4 way and quad sli for nvidia 3d and non-3d surround. They said they were working on quad sli drivers but wouldn't be doing so for 4 way sli and didn't support it. I would say by the wiki entry that it would force nvidia to make quad sli (meaning gtx 295 dual dvi and gtx 590) surround drivers. I would sure love the pci-e slot space back for stuff like sata 3 raid card from highpoint along with some crucial realssd c300 256gb's in raid 0.

Not getting any of them. I've already made my upgrade for the year and I realized that going from a 5870 to a GTX 580 wasn't that big of a jump in most titles. It would be faster, sure, but I can't warrant spending that sort of money at this time.

Im quit exited about getting a new card, Havent updated my GFX card since i bought this GTX 260 back close to release.
Me getting either a the 570 or 580 depending on price i should see a really nice performance boost over this 260 ...To be honest though this 260 still eats through all my games @1920x1200 with at least x8AA & x8AF. Just think i deserve a gfx card update as this 260 is really the bit of kit holding my rig back.
