I'm actually not surprised at what it looks like without the HD pack installed. Impressed actually that they're able to stream as much texture data already straight from the disk to get that.

Microsoft requires every game to be playable without a HDD installed so dice really had no choice. These screen shots though should be a compelling reason to at least get a cheap HDD or thumb drive to attach to install those textures to.

Don't do the amazon install. Yesterday it was making people dl it then it installed origin an made you dl the whole thing again. Go to your digital items in amazon and click the product key button and enter that into origin
