LOL...

ok so how does one go about and learn how to fly helicopters and jets?

Anyway to practice it without being in a real game? I feel really bad I keep crashing trying to figure out how to fly?

Out of curiosity is it much easier to fly these with a gamepad?

The second coop mission allows you to practice your flying. One player is the pilot and the other the gunner. Too bad there arent any coop jet missions though, but i found them to be much easier to pick up than the choppers.

Ok I have not even checked out coop...been doing either conquest, or team DM

I watched a few videos on youtube i think one mistake I made is not turning up the mouse sensitivity. I noticed a few times I would take off and try to turn and it would never turn in time and I am like what is going on here.

About to go in game and give it a shot!

Yes you do lose states for not finishing the match.

There is this obsession lately that if you are going around just racking up kills and not going for points anal admins kick you. There are so many bad admins in games that it isn't funny. Most are young 20 somethings on power trips. I watched a sniper get kicked because he was sniping and not going for points but he was giving support. We laughed at the admin so he kicked us as well. It is just people who don't know how to deal with the public.

My buddy and I played almost all day Saturday. It was fun but pathetic that we wasted the whole day. Once I got thermal optics for the gunner in the heli the game changed. I would get 20 kills and maybe 2 deaths repeatedly in a small ticket server. Strafing runs are a blast when your side has air superiority.

That blows...i am playing recon, but i was not sitting around sniping, I was running around getting flags, must have got about 5K in points from just capturing flags, then i got to this one flag that was being camped by a tank, so I could not attack it directly, I tried to go around and saw two infantry and sniped them, and next second i get disconnected.

no you get to keep all of your stats when you are kicked. the server records all of the stats so the only time you lose them is if the server actually crashes

That happened to me and my mate the other night. The server crashed and we lost all our points kills and unlocks. I wasn't very happy as it was one of those really good ones for me. I was 34-7 in a metro kill fest.
