Well, I just ordered a BFG FX5900 Ultra. BFG does have 24/7 tech support, which was tested with little to no wait times for response.

My 4400 works like a charm running the 44.03 drivers. My 3.06HT P4 fan and 4 case fans should drown out anything that the FX 5900 Ultra churns out.

Its about to get real good. Running a MSI 655HT dual channel board with 1GB of PC2700 memory. The review should be good as usual.

When you run these class of cards you want a good power supply, or Humpty Dumpty will pay you a visit...

A good power supply is a MUST.

I put a Trueblue 480 watt in when I got my watercooled rig going.
I have a lot of lights 2 cd's 2 harddrives and all. Plus I overclock everything possible. I've not even come close to using all my power.

Hmm, nope...I never heard any weird noises. When you boot up the machine the card's fan makes a different noise than at any other time...kind of a spin up noise...not a bad noise, just the only real "noise" that's notable to any extent.

Talking Speed readers!

Wow, you guys are faaast!

Thanks for the kind words bkswaney, SH64 and LiquidX...I'll admit that hearing positive feedback like that makes it all worth while. I'm sure I'll get negative feedback as well but *most* of that'll help to make my next review better.

Great work from the gamers' perspective. Very descriptive and detailed feedback on the performance and gameplay. Great job on the review man!

Good review, but just thought you'd like to know that your UT2003 scores are completely ****ed up. 3 Asbestos and 1 Antalus.

Thanks for pointing that out. I removed the UT2003 benchmark results and have asked Clay to investigate.
