Help to make my two hard drives into one?!

I am running Windows Vista Premium Home Edition.

I have two hard drives...

One says C: and it used 100%
The second says D: data and has no use

I would like to be able to use the 64GB on my second hard drive, but don't know how.

Can anybody PLEASE help.
