Thumbs up 260.19.26 beta drivers have been released [was: Where's a new beta]?

Aaron, Zander, Thunderbird!

The last stable drivers were released almost three weeks ago, and you've promised there's a lot of changes coming ... so where are the new beta drivers?

It now looks like 260.19.26 should show up on the FTP server within the next few hours.

It would be nice if they would update the NVIDIA_Changelog when they release the drivers.

Just a heads up, but the nvidia-settings-260.19.26 is missing the header file "svp_3dvp_pixdata.h" in src/gtk+-2.x/ so cannot currently be compiled. May be other problems also, but I didn't try to keep going to check.

Odd, it worked fine here.

I agree... that's why I haven't posted an announcement yet. I'm trying to track down the official list of changes.

Thanks, vallimar. We have a bug filed on this and a fix should be available in a future release.

Thanks AaronP for trying to track them down. Also just a suggestion, In the nvidia control panel it would be nice if you could set the fan speed on the GTX-580 without having to guess that the maximom value that you can set is 85%. There should be some sort of Min/Max limit shown for GTX-580's (40% to 85% IIRC for those). Right now if you set it to any value out of that 40%-85% it just bounces back to the previous value.
