Default NFS Hot Pursuit 2010

Is there a way to turn OFF the frame rate cap for NFS Hot Pursuit 2010?

I want to benchmark this game before changing my graphics card but so far I can't find a way to turn off the frame rate cap. I'll use FRAPS to benchmark a race or two if I can find a way to turn it off. I like this game and I'd like to know what improvement changing the graphics card made.

I'll fire mine up and have a look, though I'm positive it's capped at 60 If it was capped at 30 like pro street I would not have bought it.Unless you have a 120 or 240hz monitor it does not matter in the least.
