focus move -> xorg high cpu usage in xorg 1.11.1.
focus move is slow.
1.open two applications
2.switch the focus between them

fedora 16 development ( holding glibc-2.14.90-4 because of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=737223 )
GNOME 3.2
xorg-x11-server-1.11.1
kernel-3.1.0-0.rc8.git0.0.fc16.x86_64
nvidia linux driver - 285.05.09.

No problem in xorg-x11-server-1.10.4.

I have this problem too with Kubuntu Oneiric, but I also have incredibly slow scrolling with any GTK application, but especially Firefox. It is fine with xserver 1.10.
