Played Rift for awhile, but now taking a break from it since it has the same endgame as every other MMO out there (that is, mindlessly grinding instances for gear which you can then use to mindlessly grind more instances for gear, ad nauseum).
Soo going through backlog of my steam games, and I've completed Crysis 2(pretty scenery but meh gameplay) as well as Portal 2(epic!). Still playing Global Agenda on and off, but only because a few of my friends still play it. Preordered Brink, will be playing that on release day. In the meantime, still working on my second DAII playthrough (which I'm having a lot more fun with, 2H warriors > pansy dagger rogues). Brink and DAII will occupy my time until The Witcher 2 releases, after which time I will likely be spending all my time banging hoes and slaying monsters for the foreseeable future .

Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods (Enhanced Edition) & Bad Company 2. My lord what an improvement in FPS I received in BC2 after upgrading from my old Q9650. I could play the game with Fraps recording without a noticeable drop in performance.

Yeah, BC2 is a very CPU intensive game. A Quad Core is highly recommended. And overclocking also helps.

Well, over the last month or so, I have finished Dragon Age 2, Crysis 2 and Portal 2. I thought I heard about a Fallout NV update/DLC, so I may look into that, since I finished that late last year.
Now that ME3 has been delayed to early 2012, I may go through that again and some of the DLC's I missed. I dunno at this point. It's awfully nice outside these days. ![]() |

After watching some of the Diablo 3 trailers and game play videos I got the bug and dug out my old Diablo 2 with the LOD expansion at started playing it again.
I forgot how much fun this game was to play, especially after installing the multires mod ( for higher resolutions), PlugY mod ( more storage space) and Median XL mod. |
