Default Rotation and VSync semi-broken

Is Rotation + TwinView + VSync supported as a combination? I would be a sad monkey if it wasn't.

Right now, the right half of my screen is tearing while the left side is tear-free. If I disable VSync in compiz, I definitely see tearing across the whole screen. This has happened ever since I got the two monitors that supported rotation, which was a few months ago.

Fedora 14 x86_64
NVIDIA GeForce 9500GT
Driver: 260.19.36
Monitors: Acer a223w (rotated vertically) w/ DVI connector
Rotated Left using xrandr.
Twinview enabled.

I am still seeing tearing under Fedora 15, Gnome 3 (gnome-shell), and the 270.41.19 driver.

Seems to be all fixed with the 302.07 driver. Finally. No more tearing....

Yes, the new rotation code should do the right thing, and overall even be tear-free for a regular X desktop when eg. moving windows, not only OpenGL.
