Yes, there is no over/underclocking support at all for any Fermi. But I do have automatic performance levels. Unfortunately for me the performance level never falls below level 2.

AFAIK this is working as intended on a multi monitor setup.

But I would like to have it somewhat more configurable, performance level 2 downclocked (because 2D and composite performance is very fast for me), and performance level 3 slightly overclocked (because you can never have to much fps in WoW).

@drhirsch: try this http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=336117 but since FBE does not work via WINE ( and it's pretty complex to use it ) better ask BETA13 or burebista to mod a BIOS for you: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread....329033&page=47

I know of nibitor, I already used it on older cards. I won't reflash a new 460 (as long as it is still new, that is ;-)).

Especially as adjusting the fermi clock domains with the fermi bios editor is still largely based on guesswork, so I pass on this until either the author can explain what the numbers are actually doing or until offical clocking support for the fermi arrives.

drhirsch

A wise choice considering how often people literally burn their OC'ed video accelerators.

NiBitor is used just to adjust the clock rates after dumping the bios with nvflash - which supports up to the new 5XX series - from freedos.

The current version of nibitor has the fermi bios editor built in.

same problem here on 8600M GT either with nvidia-settings and nvclock i can only lower clock but can't raise it (even on little amounts as stated above doesn't work)... now i'll need to reboot as my gpu goes at 100mhz less...

Why not? (this message should be considered a new bump)
