Right, same thing here. My chip maxes at 74C but never goes beyond 50C during normal daily operation.

Didn't get any pics before he picked it up, but man! That Azza is SWEET! The wiring was 10 times cleaner than the job I did on my Cosmos, cheaper too.
Just a mild OC on it, runs cool and almost completely silent with 6 Scythe 120's

We have a pretty similar build. Here's mine.

I love the X58 Sabertooth, glad they've followed up with a solid P67. Insurance cheque comes in, I know what i'm going for.

I love mine, but considering what I've read about Z68, I'd recommend waiting to see what the Z68 Sabertooth looks like. I'll probably pick one up as well to move my 2600K over to, and pick up a cheapy 2500K to put on this board and update the X58 rig with.

I've had a few time builders ask what board to go for, always suggest a Sabertooth. This video pretty much sums up why. The way they cope with general knocks and treatment, even by clumsy hands is incredible.

I would have lol'd if he broke that capacitor off.

Yes, the board can take a beating, but I treated mine like a newborn.

Z68 Sabertooth pricey? when? whats the deal there , do I want one???

Id get an H67 to tide me over if I like Z68.

Sabertooth P67 doesn't seem to offer much for me over the P8P67(?)Pro apart from lower power consumption.

What's the onboard sound like on these things?

If its crap I need to buy a legacy PCI having mobo for my X-Fi

I don't see the point to waiting on Z68 unless you really need to encode video using AVX while still gaming. I don't plan on doing that too often, I can already encode while gaming just fine. Having both the IGP and discreet card together isn't necessary for me at all.

Sound quality would be a deciding factor for me as the Sabertooth has no PCI slot, Whats the onboard sound like compared to this P5Q-pro I have ?
