Unhappy Debian squeeze - x serever can not stand

Hello
I have Acer 5742G with GT420M
I tried to follow distribution specific installation guide and encountered no problems. But when I try to bring xserver up it doesn't work (as long as it is using xorg.conf for configuration) when i delete xorg.conf or use a different driver than nvidia it works (well I'm still at 800x600 which is annoying ;p)
Extraction from bug-log.
